Xlear Nasal Spray with xylitol is a saline solution designed to aid in the relief of irritation caused by pollutants, allergens and germs in the nasal passages.

Xlear® Nasal Wash (pronounced "clear" - Previously known as Xlear Nasal Wash) is a patented all natural, drug-free, saline and xylitol spray that washes and moisturizes your nasal passages. It soothes and moisturizes dry, irritated nasal passages due to colds, allergies, low humidity, overuse of nasal decongestants, and airborne contaminants.

Ingredients in Xlear® Nasal Wash: Purified Water, Xylitol, Saline and Grapefruit Seed Extract as a preservative.

Directions for use: Clear the nasal passageway by gently blowing your nose prior to using Xlear. Insert nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely while breathing in through your nose. Spray 1-2 times in each nostril. Use preventively as often as needed to cleanse nasal passages and sinuses. For best results, use at least twice daily. Safe enough for infants. (For infants and small children who are in day care or exposed to infectious bacteria, Xlear Nasal Wash should be administered 3 to 4 times a day.)
